Mayflower is a heartfelt project inspired by founder Kevin’s American upbringing and Chinese heritage. As an American-born Chinese living in Da Nang, he created the first restaurant to bring American Chinese cuisine to life — not only for locals, but also for expats far from home, offering them a comforting taste of familiarity.
